IMPORTANT! Deliverables for the Payment of Travel Expenses¶

Please bring the following documents when you come to Kobe.

1. copy of your passport
2. your itinerary
3. receipt of air ticket
4. stub of boarding pass
5. receipt of your housing

NOTE:
1.Please send a copy of your return air ticket via e-mail after returning.
2.Please put your signature, addresses of your home and your institute on "Request Permission for Official Trip" when you come to Kobe.

1．旅費の出所が理研の方は　招待者情報書（国内）.docx　、東工大の方は振込依頼書
2．出張報告書　=>　こちらで用意しますので捺印をお願いします。
3．ホテル領収書

飛行機の方は

・航空券半券
・帰りの航空券半券はPDF等で miyukit at geo.titech.ac.jp　にご送付ください。
