Office space for the week of Aug 6¶

We have to move from CPS to AICS for the week of Aug 6 to 10. AICS is next place from CPS.

Please tell your name at the reception. The guard will give you your security card.
(You have to return reception the security card everyday.)

Some notes:

a) You need to use the card when

--- Entering to the office space at the ground floor
--- Entering to the office space at each floor from the EV hall
--- Entering to the each room
--- Exiting from the office space at the ground floor

b) Very important note: The bathrooms are at the same security area
as the EV hall. This means, if you do not carry your card when you go
to the bathroom, there is no way back. So please make sure that you
have your card, when you are in the AICS building.

c) Room 401 is the office of Keigo and other astrophysists. I guess
we can all fit into this room, and we can use a smaller meeting room
(R306 and 506) for discussion and seminar.
